A pure expression of the Barbera grape. Authentic, with no barrique, but plenty of character and balance. Fresh aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and dried herb with a delicate mineral note. Full-bodied, juicy and pleasant with a long finish. Serve at cellar temperature with antipasti, burgers,pizza or grilled portobellos.
