Ripe and fruity on the nose with a touch of bramble. Dominated by blackberry, blueberry and cola notes, the palate is mid-weight, with a healthy dose of freshening acidity. The tannins are quite gentle and evolved, but the wine doesn’t lack structure. Easy-drinking, but not lacking complexity, this wine can take a little chill, and be served with grilled sausages, marinated octopus or aged Manchego.
