Brilliant orange with a pinkish hue. Floral and earthy with aromas of rose petals, honeysuckle, green tea, orange peel and spice. Dry, fresh and not at all cloying, with zesty acidity and a touch of tannic grip. The finish is long and aromatic. Chill lightly and serve with fried eggplant, spicy sausages or a charcuterie board.
