The nose is expressive and refined, with vibrant, ripe tropical fruit and juicy stone fruit along with delicate floral and subtle citrus notes. There is a distinct saline minerality that adds complexity and elegance. Medium-bodied, well-rounded and remarkably flavourful. Refreshing acidity provides balance and definition. The finish is marked by lingering notes of exotic fruit, floral nuances and a subtle herbal character that enhances complexity. Serve at 10°C to 12°C (do not overchill!) with any light, fresh dish: seafood and shellfish, pasta primavera or summer salads.
