A sustainable, low-intervention and easy drinking white Beaujolais. Pure fruit expression with notes of green apple, pear, citrus, white flower, anise and fennel on the nose. The palate is light to medium-bodied, fruity and highly refreshing. Serve chilled at 11–13°C as an aperitif with creamy goat cheese, or pair it with fresh seafood or grilled white meats.
