Ruby red with youthful clarity. Expressive, fruity nose (fresh raspberry and red currant) with notes of violets and delicate spice and earthy undertones. Light to medium-bodied with great texture and structure. Juicy, ripe raspberry and tart cranberry flavours are balanced by bright acidity, mineral tension and fine-grained tannins. Serve slightly chilled (16–18°C) with rich fontina cheese fondue, roasted pork loin or earthy, grilled root vegetables.
